Responsibilities:


As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and leading strategic sales initiatives.


Strategic Prospecting

 Identify high-value prospects through research, referrals, and inbound leads.

 Engage with senior decision-makers, including VP and C-level executives, in top B2B SaaS companies.

Sales Leadership

 Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

 Develop and execute targeted account strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

 Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand customer pain points and positionReachfast as the ideal solution.

 Deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to each prospect's needs.

Negotiation & Deal Closing

 Lead negotiations with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

 Collaborate with legal and finance teams to streamline contract finalization.

Cross-functional Collaboration

 Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

 Provide insights from sales conversations to influence product development and GTM strategies.

Pipeline & Forecast Management

 Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

 Leverage data analytics to refine sales strategies and optimize conversion rates.

Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and market shifts.


Qualifications:


Experience & Track Record

 Proven success in exceeding sales targets and closing enterprise-level deals.

Communication & Relationship Building

 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

 Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.

Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving

 Ability to develop tailored sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends.

 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.

Technical Proficiency

 Familiarity with AI-driven sales solutions is a plus.
