Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager (GM), Deputy General Manager (DGM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), or Project Manager (PM) for the RDSS project in Kerala at Vindhaya Telelink Limited. The role is based in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include overseeing project management activities, coordinating logistics, expediting project timelines, managing inspections, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved within defined timelines and budgets. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and maintaining quality standards in line with project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Experience in Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate and streamline supply chain and transportation activities
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with effective decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Prior experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or utility projects is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
