Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Windows Server environments

Experience with VDI technologies (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon)

Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP

Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)

Experience with load balancing and high availability configurations

Strong troubleshooting skills for performance and connectivity issues

Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is a plus

Experience with monitoring tools and automation (PowerShell preferred)
