🚀 Hiring: Senior Consultant – IT Risk & RCSA Control Testing (6+ Years) | Chennai
We are looking for a **Senior Consultant – IT Risk & RCSA Control Testing** to join a major banking engagement in Chennai.
If you have 6 years of experience and are ready to hit the ground running with a high-volume, impactful project, we want to hear from you!
📍 Role Details:
Location: Chennai (Candidates currently based in Chennai)
Experience :6+ years
Notice: Immediate Joiners Only
📋 Scope of Work:
High-Volume Execution: Drive the end-to-end testing and validation for an inventory of 500+ IT/IS controls.
Direct Control Testing: Conduct rigorous evidence reviews, sample testing, and assess both Design Effectiveness (DE) and Operating Effectiveness (OE).
Indirect Testing & Governance: Manage documentation reviews, policy alignments, and coordinate closely with cross-functional IT/IS stakeholders for seamless evidence collection.
🔑 Key Requirements:
Experience: Strictly 6+ years of core experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, RCSA, or IT Compliance testing.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience in the Banking/BFSI sector is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) and Information Security controls (ISO 27001 / RBI guidelines).
Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills to interface directly with technical IT/IS teams and track deliverables.
