Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RCM Trainer to drive technical capability building across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing learning modules, delivering technical and process training, evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously improving learning outcomes. The trainer should possess strong domain expertise across the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management process and be capable of training freshers, experienced professionals, and required Leadership level training.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) based on business requirements, quality audits, productivity, and performance metrics.
· Identify individual, process, and department-level skill gaps and delivery of required training.
· Design and develop technical training modules, SOPs, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
· Develop role-based learning paths for Freshers, Analysts, Senior Analysts, Team Leads, and Managers.
· Deliver process, refresher, cross-functional, on job training and upskilling training for RCM teams.
· Provide training on end-to-end RCM processes including Medical Billing, AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Denial Management, Eligibility Verification, Prior Authorization, Credentialing awareness, HIPAA, and insurance guidelines.
· Evaluate before training and after training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, feedback, and post-training performance analysis.
· Collaborate with Operations, QA, HR, and leadership to drive continuous learning and performance improvement.
· Participate in process transitions and new client implementations by developing training plans.
· Maintain training records, dashboards, and reports while ensuring training content is updated with process and payer changes.

Preferred Qualifications
· Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Life Sciences preferred).
· Certification in Learning & Development or Instructional Design is an added advantage.
· Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, or content authoring software is preferred.
