Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) delivery for a US healthcare provider, overseeing billing, collections, denials management, and client satisfaction.
Ensure consistent achievement of SLA targets (days in AR, clean claim rate, denial rate, cash collection goals).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Partner with client leadership to align on strategic priorities, report performance metrics, and recommend enhancements.
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team across operations, quality, training, and process excellence.
Collaborate with finance and pricing teams to structure client contracts and define performance-based incentives.
Champion the adoption of advanced RCM platforms, AI-powered analytics, and robotic process automation.
Must have skill set
18+ years of total healthcare industry experience, with progressive leadership roles in provider revenue cycle functions.
Minimum 10 years of direct leadership in US provider RCM delivery, managing AR volumes.
Proven P&L accountability, budget management, and contract negotiation experience in a BPO or shared-services environment.
Data-driven leader, comfortable with KPI dashboards, root-cause analysis, and reporting.
Strong experience in
managing large delivery spans (300�500+ FTEs) and multi-site operations.
