About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned RCM Operations Head to lead and scale our US healthcare revenue cycle operations. This role will own end-to-end RCM performance including AR management, collections efficiency, denial control, client communication, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead night shift RCM operations (15–20 team members)
- Improve collections and reduce DSO
- Manage AR aging and denial metrics
- Drive clean claim rate and SLA compliance
- Conduct weekly performance reporting
- Handle US client calls and escalations
- Improve team productivity and control attrition
- Support growth initiatives and pricing inputs
Qualifications:
- 8–15 years of US healthcare RCM experience
- Prior experience managing 20+ team members
- Strong understanding of AR follow-up & denial management
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
