Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for RCM Executives, based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing revenue cycle processes, analyzing operational data, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Daily responsibilities include strategizing for process improvement, managing claims and billing, and streamlining workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize errors. Effective communication with clients and internal teams is also a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), billing systems, and claims processing
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Strong skills in workflow optimization, problem-solving, and process improvement
- Understanding of compliance standards and healthcare regulations related to RCM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
- Prior experience in consultancy services or healthcare-related industries is an advantage
