Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an RCI-registered Psychologist. The psychologist will provide assessments, therapy, and mental health counseling to clients across diverse demographics. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, creating tailored treatment plans, and maintaining accurate and confidential client records. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care and proactive participation in organizational initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Psychology and Mental Health concepts to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of concerns
- Expertise in Counseling and Psychological Assessment techniques
- Understanding of Medicine as it relates to mental health and psychotherapeutic approaches
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- RCI registration and a master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
- Experience working with diverse populations and respect for cultural sensitivities
- Familiarity with online therapy platforms and telehealth practices is a plus
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
