Athena Behavioral Health is hiring an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist for our Gurgaon facility.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will support individuals and families through evidence-based therapy while upholding dignity, empathy, and ethical care.
Location: Gurgaon
Days & Timings: 6 days | 9 hours

Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement psychological assessments
• Prepare assessment reports and psychological treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions as per the designated schedule
• Conduct psychotherapy sessions for allotted patients
• Guide Case Managers in patient management and support them during group sessions
• Work closely with Case Managers on the IPD floor to engage patients in structured daily and evening activities
• Collaborate with the Senior Resident and take lead in the psychological recovery of patients
• Explain the importance of family involvement and the benefits of continued stay at Athena from a psychological perspective
🎓 Qualification Required: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI Licensed)
