Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the RBI Nodal Officer for all customer grievance matters
• Handle and resolve escalated complaints within defined timelines
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, including Fair Practices Code
• Coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution of complaints
• Monitor complaint trends and implement process improvements
• Prepare and submit reports to RBI and senior management
• Ensure proper implementation of Customer Grievance Redressal Mechanism
• Handle audits and inspections related to compliance and complaints
• Maintain records of all complaints and resolutions
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Lending Operations / NBFC / Banking
• Strong understanding of loan processes and customer lifecycle
• Good knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance frameworks
• Experience in handling grievance redressal / escalations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive cases
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience as Nodal Officer / Compliance Officer
• Familiarity with RBI CMS (Complaint Management System)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of audit and regulatory inspections
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
