This is an end-to-end project management role that demands a proactive, technically savvy candidate with a deep understanding of software delivery and an ownership mindset. Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in React, Node.js, PHP, SQL, MongoDB, and API integrations, with the ability to communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.Project Quality Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to quality standards, code integrity, and best practices throughout all phases.Client Engagement and Technical Oversight: Act as the main client point of contact, maintaining clear communication on requirements, scope, and project progress. Address technical challenges proactively to keep projects on track and maintain momentum.Team Coordination and Delivery Management: Set project pace, manage resources, and coordinate development and design teams to ensure seamless collaboration and on-time milestone achievement.Agile and Scrum Methodology: Experienced with Agile frameworks, leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog management. Scrum Master certification is a plus.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Serve as a key decision-maker, swiftly resolving issues in a dynamic environment to maintain project progress and team alignment.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, produce regular status reports, and provide stakeholders with visibility into project progress and potential roadblocks.Leadership and Ownership Mindset: Take full ownership of project outcomes, driving accountability and motivating the team to achieve high performance and project success.Organizational Skills: Expertly manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring attention to detail across all deliverables. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with a robust understanding of project management principles.Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies are highly preferred, demonstrating knowledge of structured project management approaches.A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within software development, particularly in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of leading at least 3-4 projects from inception through to successful delivery.Strong background in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and final delivery, ensuring all projects meet client expectations in terms of quality and timelines.
