Senior Data Science and Analytics Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Data Scientist to join our growing data team. In this role, you'll apply analytical and statistical techniques to solve business problems, contribute to model development, and help turn data into actionable insights. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop and deploy predictive models and analytical solutions - Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using Python and SQL - Apply statistical and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) to solve business challenges - Visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders through clear, concise presentations - Assist in designing experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and evaluating their results - Document code, workflows, and findings for reproducibility and team collaboration Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or quantitative role - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) - Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating structured data - Solid understanding of statistical concepts and common modeling techniques - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn, Tableau) - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline
