About the role

As an E-Commerce Strategy Manager, you will be responsible to drive organic growth across a diverse product portfolio. The ideal candidate already has extensive experience in e-commerce analytics, with a focus on using data to drive business decisions. You will provide expert guidance on e-commerce analytics, develop and implement data-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Manage Product Assortment: Oversee the category’s product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional planning, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends to maximize sales and margins. Drive New Initiatives and Own Existing Processes: Proactively identify and implement new initiatives to enhance category performance, streamline operations, and optimize processes. Take full ownership of existing workflows, continuously improving them for efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze Performance Metrics and KPIs: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as sales, ad-spend, conversion rates, and inventory levels, implementing data-driven actions to continuously improve category performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and tech teams to develop and implement new strategies to solve complex e-commerce problems. Your Profile To succeed in this role you: Have 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management / Category Management / Business Development in E-Commerce Are biased for action and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with proactive, hands-on approach Demonstrate clear ownership and end-to-end thinking as well as strong analytical skills Ideally you have managed or even built your own FBA business or e-commerce business Are proficient in Excel & SQL and business fluent in English Have strong interpersonal skills
