Senior Analyst - PLM

The Senior Analyst, PLM role is focused on delivering digital transformation initiatives and driving continuous improvement in product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and processes. This role collaborates with IT, engineering, and business teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions that enable the enterprise to achieve its strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with teams across the business to understand requirements, analyze pain points, and design and implement solutions to improve PLM capabilities and efficiencies - Manage the implementation and sustainment of PLM software applications and associated business processes - Analyze and optimize PLM processes and workflows to enhance user experience and drive increased productivity - Provide subject matter expertise, training, and support to global PLM users - Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and data management improvements within the PLM ecosystem - Leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvement and enable data-driven decision making - Collaborate with IT, engineering, and other functional teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives that support strategic business objectives
