Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the sargoth area, near Jaipur, for a Raw Material Stores Incharge. The Stores Incharge will oversee the management of raw material inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely procurement to support operational needs. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, preventing losses, coordinating with plant operations and internal teams, and maintaining clear records of stock transactions. The role requires proactive problem-solving and efficient store management to optimize resources and meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure efficient inventory handling and minimize loss.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to coordinate effectively with stakeholders and meet organizational needs.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior experience in inventory or stores management is highly advantageous.
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
