Location: Delhi (Fully Remote)
Compensation:
₹5,000 fixed + performance-based commission (average ₹27k-45k per month)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a structured sales funnel to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proactively identify and establish robust business relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Maintain and meticulously update all sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to define, strategize, and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Provide comprehensive support to the team by undertaking additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- 0-6 months of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to present and articulate ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on value-based selling and building long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrated professionalism, commitment to confidentiality, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
