Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development (40%)
- Drive revenue contribution from partnerships, ensuring a direct impact on company growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate new high-value partnerships with key players in the travel tech ecosystem.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to enhance RateGain’s presence among OTAs, PMS providers, GDSs, and airlines.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities, measuring potential revenue impact.
- Partner Relationship Management (20%)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, aligning partner strategies with RateGain’s solutions.
- Improve partner satisfaction (NPS/CSAT scores) by enhancing collaboration, support, and communication.
- Increase partner retention rates, ensuring continued engagement and revenue expansion.
- Operational Execution & Integration (20%)
- Manage end-to-end integration success, ensuring seamless adoption of RateGain’s API and product offerings.
- Handle all integration needs, external and internal, for the region.
- Optimize time-to-revenue, accelerating the partner onboarding process from signing to first transaction.
- Ensure contract compliance, tracking SLAs, API uptime, and data-sharing agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to enhance partner offerings and co-sell opportunities.
- Innovation & Market Expansion (10%)
- Identify and execute co-sell and upsell opportunities, creating bundled solutions with partners.
- Drive joint product initiatives (e.g., co-developed integrations, new distribution channels).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, providing market intelligence to enhance RateGain’s competitive positioning.
- Risk Mitigation & Compliance (10%)
- Proactively manage partnership risks, resolving disputes before escalation.
- Ensure contractual adherence to agreed SLAs, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Monitor industry regulations and compliance standards, aligning partnerships accordingly.
Education & Work Experience
7+ years experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales within the travel technology ecosystem.
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of European travel and hospitality markets, including OTAs, PMS/POS providers, GDSs, and airlines.
- Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in API integrations, travel distribution, and revenue management technology.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience in commercial contract structuring.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage relationships with C-level executives.
Skills
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
