About the Role We're looking for a high-impact SEO leader who can build and execute scalable strategies to drive exponential organic traffic across global markets. You will lead a high-performing team, integrate AI into content systems, and work directly with product and engineering to scale growth channels. Key Responsibilities Drive complete on-page, off-page SEO and content marketing strategy Own and scale technical and international SEO across multiple markets Lead keyword benchmarking, performance analytics, and programmatic SEO Manage ASO for mobile platforms Oversee content quality, automation, and A/B testing using new-gen tools Collaborate across functions including Product, Tech, Design, and Growth Build, mentor, and lead an SEO/content team to consistently achieve KPIs Stay ahead of global SEO trends and implement modern tools & techniques Required Skills 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, and organic growth Strong command over tools like Ahrefs, GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Hubspot, etc. Exposure to AI-based content scaling, keyword automation, and performance benchmarking Technical SEO knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web structure) Proven track record of scaling SEO in global B2C, travel, marketplace platforms Experience in team leadership and stakeholder alignment Added advantage: experience with international and YouTube SEO Soft Skills High accountability and bias for execution Fast learner with a test-and-learn mindset Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Collaborative leadership and strategic decision-making
