Remote Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to take Rarible to the next level by delivering world-class marketplace experiences for our B2B customers. Rarible is the go-to solution for large Web2 enterprises and blockchain clients, and this role is critical to refining and executing our vision while driving innovation in a fast-evolving space. Your Role: Elevate Our Vision: Build on the existing vision for Rarible and define the roadmap to deliver the best-in-class NFT marketplace experiences. Lead Execution: Collaborate with a strong team of front-end engineers and work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and business development to turn vision into reality. Deliver Excellence: Help us create innovative solutions that address the unique needs of enterprise and blockchain clients while ensuring quick delivery of high-quality features. Enhance Experiences: Focus on optimizing the user journey, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience across our B2B offerings. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Execution: Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Rarible, aligned with company goals and customer needs. Customer-Focused Development: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable product features. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions. Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Quick Delivery Mindset: Use agile methodologies to iterate rapidly and ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements. About You: 5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years leading teams or initiatives. A passion for NFTs, Web3, and marketplace technologies, with a deep understanding of their dynamics. Experience working on B2B products, especially within marketplaces or enterprise-level solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and priorities. A proven ability to execute strategy, deliver results, and drive product adoption in a fast-paced environment. A strong UX/UI intuition to ensure the best user experience across the platform. A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
