Information Systems Analyst (CRM)

This is a role in the IT & Security department at Rapyd. The Information Systems Analyst (CRM) will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring and customizing the CRM, integrating the CRM with other systems, providing user training and support, and continuously improving the CRM's functionality to meet the evolving needs of the business.
