We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support outreach and engagement efforts for our Continuing Care Retirement Community. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, resident admissions, and community relations, with a focus on building meaningful connections with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Help maintain and update CRM or inquiry tracking systems
- Participate in planning and promoting community events, open houses, and family engagement activities
- Assist with social media content and community storytelling (resident life, events, staff highlights)
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns
- Shadow the admissions process, including tours and family consultations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of empathy and professionalism
- Interest in healthcare, senior services, or community-based care
- Comfortable interacting with older adults, families, and healthcare professionals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
