DevOps Engineer

Who we are looking for
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure. You will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to automate processes, improve system reliability, and ensure scalable infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools preferably Terraform.
2. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters both in the cloud and on-premises.
3. Develop Helm charts to package, configure, and deploy applications in Kubernetes.
4. Monitor system performance and reliability, applying SRE principles to ensure uptime and service quality.
5. Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment processes.
6. Implement security best practices for infrastructure and application deployment.
7. Provide incident management support as part of an SRE team.
8. Set up and configure servers, networks, and storage solutions in customer environments.
9. Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements to prevent future occurrences.
10. Document processes, architectures and systems for operational excellence.

‍Key Skills Required

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 4 years of experience in Containerisation, DevOps, System administration and 
3. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
