Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele-Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in hotel supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients in the hotel and hospitality sector. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products from our range of hotel supplies. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management. Assist with order processing and follow up on customer inquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and market trends. Qualifications: Good English communication is a must Experience in tele-sales or even freshers are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry is a plus.
