In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional talent mobility programs for one of our largest clients. What you will do: Build strong client relationships and advise on talent mobility needs. Plan and deliver outplacement programs, workshops, and training. Support individuals through career transitions. Design and develop innovative consulting programs. Facilitate individual and group coaching sessions. Lead and manage a project team of freelance coaches and consultants. Report to senior management and ensure quality and budget control. Skills you will need: Significant exposure within HR project management such as redundancy and career transition Proven ability to build strong client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills (German & English). Experience managing large-scale projects. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
