job purpose and responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Randstad Enterprise, you will be the primary engine for our growth, targeting a curated list of approximately 100 high-value accounts. We are looking for a specialist with a proven track record in the staffing and recruiting industry who can navigate complex organizational structures and speak the language of HR and procurement leaders.
You will leverage AI-powered tools to craft personalized, scalable outreach, ensuring a "wow factor" for prospective Fortune 2000 clients. Your goal is not just to book meetings, but to build credible, long-term relationships through data-driven insights and talent innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Industry Prospecting: Proactively engage Talent and HR leadership within Fortune 2000 companies using a multi-channel approach (phone, email, social).
- Strategic Lead Qualification: Assess complex business challenges to align prospects with Randstad’s premium RPO, MSP, and career coaching services.
- Data-Driven Engagement: Conduct presentations on global talent trends, employer branding, and labor market analytics to educate prospects early in the buying cycle.
- AI-Enhanced Outreach: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to generate personalized, data-backed outreach strategies that maximize conversion rates.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce to ensure transparent reporting and seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
Job Requirements
- Industry Experience: Mandatory 2–3 years of sales development experience specifically within the staffing, recruiting, or HR services industry.
- Professional Experience: Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs) and deliver compelling value propositions for complex services.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and AI-powered sales engagement tools.
- Education: University Degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Annual Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00
