Key Responsibilities:

Assess and support patients’ functional goals, needs, and abilities

Develop individualized care plans using evidence-based treatment methods

Provide high-quality, patient-centered interventions to improve mobility, strength, and daily function

Encourage and motivate patients to reach their optimal level of independence

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

Continuously evaluate, monitor, and document patient progress

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist

Ability to work effectively with diverse patients and their needs

Up-to-date clinical knowledge with a commitment to ongoing professional growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, compassionate, and reliable demeanor

Valid California Occupational Therapy license in good standing
