The Director of Staff Development orchestrates employee learning initiatives, fosters professional growth, and enhances team performance. Key responsibilities include designing training programs, monitoring their effectiveness, and implementing strategic development plans.
Pay rate: $35-$40/ hourly
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of staff training and development programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees in their career development
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address skill gaps and training needs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry training requirements
- Research and recommend new tools and resources to enhance employee training and development
- Manage the budget for staff development initiatives
- Create and maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities
