Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and the ability to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion while managing both professional and occasional personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and other documents as required
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in business operations, coordination, and execution of key tasks
Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience:
3–6 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to senior management
Prior experience working with Directors or Managers from an Export Company
