Software Engineer, ML & AI

We are looking for a Software Engineer, ML & AI to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ML/AI capabilities to support data-driven product features and insights for our growing digital business. You will work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy scalable ML/AI models and solutions to address business needs - Collaborate with product and design teams to ideate, prototype, and deliver innovative features powered by ML/AI - Implement production-ready ML/AI systems with robust monitoring, testing, and logging - Proactively identify opportunities to leverage ML/AI to drive business impact - Stay up-to-date with the latest ML/AI trends and technologies and evangelize their usage within the organization Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in building production-ready ML/AI solutions - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) - Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn - Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong communication and presentation skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
