About the role

Are you passionate about using automation to drive smarter, more personalized marketing? We're looking for a Marketing Automation Platform Manager based in India to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing automation systems. This role is essential to scaling our digital customer experience efforts and ensuring seamless integration across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and ecommerce systems. What You'll Do Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms including Salesforce and HubSpot to support lead generation, nurturing, scoring, and conversion. Design and implement Salesforce automation workflows, triggers, and campaign journeys to streamline marketing and sales alignment. Build and manage HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead scoring models to enhance engagement and conversion. Configure and maintain tracking systems and tag management solutions to ensure accurate data collection and actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital CX teams to align automation strategies with business goals and customer lifecycle stages. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing best practices. Support integration of marketing automation platforms with CRM, ecommerce, and customer data systems. Train and mentor team members on marketing automation tools, reporting, and best practices. Requirements 5+ years of experience managing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (including automation tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Campaigns) and HubSpot (Workflows, Campaigns, Reporting). Strong understanding of tracking configurations, tag management (e.g., GTM), and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics). Proven ability to design and execute automated marketing workflows and multichannel campaigns. Excellent collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ecommerce platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page customization. Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. Background in data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
