About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Global Ad Technology Supervisory Department (GATD). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the digital advertising and marketing platforms for Rakuten. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining the product roadmap and vision for our digital ad tech platforms - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations) to deliver new features and enhancements - Analyzing user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements - Communicating the product strategy and progress to stakeholders - Ensuring the platforms meet the evolving needs of our advertisers and marketing teams To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience as a product manager in the digital advertising/marketing space - Strong understanding of ad tech platforms and the digital advertising ecosystem - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience working in an agile software development environment
