Pharmacist | Pharmacy Operations Manager

As a Pharmacist and Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the pharmacy department. Your key responsibilities will include: Oversee the daily operations and ensure efficient workflow of the pharmacy department. Manage and supervise the pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and assistants. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to pharmacy practices. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, customer service, and cost-effectiveness of the pharmacy operations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate inventory records and order necessary supplies and medications. Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy-related policies and procedures. Provide training and development opportunities for the pharmacy team.
