Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator - Bilingual English & French

Location: Remote

Shift timing: 8.00am EST to 5.00PM EST

Job Type: Contract to Start

Introduction: Join our dynamic staffing agency as a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our recruitment processes and enhancing our client relations. This position is perfect for organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are fluent in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screens, and maintaining candidate database.
  • Handle data entry tasks including editing and entering detailed job descriptions accurately into our system.
  • Translate job descriptions, resumes and other documents
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for French-speaking clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Support the Account Manager with various administrative tasks including document preparation, data management, and coordination of client meetings.
  • Enhance recruitment materials and postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs, as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination is a definite plus—but not a deal-breaker.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French is a MUST.
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a staffing agency or similar fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
