Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in acquiring and developing clients within the digital marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in affiliation, media buying, SEO services and knowledge or interest in AI Services and preferably a background in white verticals (such as finance, e-commerce, insurance, education etc.) across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across our service portfolio (affiliation, media buying, SEO, AI).
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in digital marketing services, with a focus on affiliation, media buying, and/or SEO.
• Proven network and client base within white verticals in Europe.
• Excellent understanding of performance-based marketing models and digital advertising KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with direct clients or agencies.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and advertising regulations in European markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
