About the role
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation of client solutions by configuring and integrating RainFocus products and services with existing client systems and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with implementation teams to understand client requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients during the implementation process.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during implementation and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all client configurations and integrations.
• Assist with testing and quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical implementation or support role, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong understanding of API integration, data mapping, and systems integration concepts.
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
