About the role
Looking for passionate and solutions orientated IT Support person, handling urgent issues and unexpected challenges as they occur in the park!
The Role:
Support the IT department to ensure all systems are operational to service our guests. This will be achieved with good SOPs, training, trouble shooting, front-line staff support and preventative maintenance.
This role is responsible for the day to day operation of park IT systems including:
POS Systems
Transaction Systems
End -User Devices
Servers and VM Management
Office Printers
Arcade Systems and Games
Virtual Reality
Photo spots
Park music
Stage sound and lighting
RTs and comms devices
Clock in and out systems
Staff Card system
CCTV
Alarm systems
Key Responsibilities
System management
User Management
System usage
Park operations
Action orientated
Health and Safety KPIs
Scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs
Other ad-hoc duties as required
About you:
You take pride in your workmanship
Passion for IT who thrives in fast-paced, high pressure environment
Ability to stay calm, focused and solutions-orientated under pressure is essential
You enjoy working in a team, but also have the ability to work unsupervised
Must be available to work weekends and late nights
