</div><ul>
<li> Interior & exterior painting </li>
<li> Surface prep, sanding, caulking, priming, masking </li>
<li> Drywall patching, finishing, and texture matching </li>
<li> Restoration repaint and repair work </li>
<li> Minor carpentry, trim touch-up, and punch-out work </li>
<li> Final detail corrections and customer-ready finishes </li>
<li> Maintain clean, organized, respectful jobsites </li>

<li> 3+ years of professional painting experience </li>
<li> Drywall repair/finishing experience </li>
<li> Texture matching ability </li>
<li> Minor carpentry skills preferred </li>
<li> Restoration experience is a plus </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation </li>
<li> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li>
