</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead and supervise restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.</li>
<li>Coordinate with team members to execute fire remediation services.</li>
<li>Conduct site assessments and develop restoration plans tailored to client needs.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.</li>
<li>Train and mentor team members to enhance their skill sets and improve performance.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.</li>
<li>Manage inventory and equipment to ensure readiness for all projects.</li>
<li>Assist in estimating project costs and preparing reports for management.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in restoration or construction management, preferably 3+ years. (Not Mandatory)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li>
<li>Clean Criminal Background as you will be working in customer homes. </li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.</li>
