🚨 Hiring: Rake Manager & CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) – QSR/Hospitality
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team in the QSR/Hospitality sector.
🔹 Position 1: Rake Manager
Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: BHM, B.Sc Hotel Management, Diploma in Hotel Management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operations of train rake services
Ensure smooth onboard service delivery and customer satisfaction
Supervise staff performance and maintain service standards
Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service teams
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues efficiently
Monitor inventory, hygiene, and compliance standards
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in QSR or hospitality operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
🔹 Position 2: CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
Experience: 2+ Years
