Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Railway Draughtsman, based in Pune. The Railway Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, layouts, sections, and plans for railway projects. This will include interpreting engineering designs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality outputs. The role also entails staying updated with relevant standards, drafting tools, and software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting tools and software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Knowledge of railway infrastructure, layout design, and technical specifications
- Experience in preparing technical drawings, plans, and sections
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing design documents
- Excellent ability to interpret engineering drawings and models
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in railway or civil infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience OR Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience
