AI Product Manager

Product Development & Innovation

• Architect comprehensive product specifications for enterprise-scale AI infrastructure and testing platforms
• Design innovative features that bridge the gap between AI potential and realized business value for Fortune 500 customers
• Champion user-centric design principles while ensuring technical feasibility and scalability

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis in the Agentic AI testing and build landscape
• Stay ahead of industry trends including GenAI advancements, MLOps practices, and AI governance frameworks
• Represent the company at industry conferences and serve as a product evangelist

Documentation & Communication

• Create comprehensive product documentation covering AI/ML methodologies, business impact metrics, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery
• Present product vision and updates to stakeholders, investors, and enterprise customers

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of product management experience in AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or related technology domains
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI products in B2B environments
• Deep understanding of AI/ML model development, testing, and deployment challenges
• Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding their AI adoption journey

Technical & Business Acumen

• Strong technical background with ability to collaborate effectively with AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in product metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
• Understanding of AI governance, model security, and compliance requirements

Leadership & Communication

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with rapid AI industry evolution
