About the Role
They’re expanding their team and looking for a Head of Sales to join their Bangalore office and lead all revenue-generating efforts. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll define the sales strategy, build the team from the ground up, and drive customer acquisition across India and beyond. You'll work closely with the founders to align sales execution with product vision and market demand.

What You’ll Do

  1. Own end-to-end sales strategy, execution, and revenue targets
  2. Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team
  3. Develop and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and performance metrics
  4. Identify and close key enterprise and mid-market deals
  5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align on GTM strategy
  6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in key partnerships

What They’re Looking For

  1. 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments
  2. Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams from the ground up
  3. Deep understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  5. Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore

Bonus Points

  1. Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML platforms
  2. Familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem
  3. Prior experience in a founding or early leadership role
