About the Role:
We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a visionary Head of Product to lead the product strategy and execution. In this role, you will define the product roadmap, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This is a leadership position where you will shape the product vision and play a critical role in driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify market opportunities and trends to shape the product offering.
2. Product Development:
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Communicate the product vision effectively across all levels of the organization.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Leverage analytics and user insights to inform product decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iteratively improve product offerings.
5. Team Leadership:
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, user experience principles, and technology trends.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in data analytics tools and frameworks.
4. Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, customer-centric mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
