Role Description
This is a part-time and remote role for a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Pipeline Orchestrator. The role involves developing and optimizing RAG architecture solutions, integrating information retrieval systems with NLP models, and designing workflows to ensure pipeline efficiency and accuracy. The orchestration will require close collaboration with the content and development teams to align the pipeline with MedicNEET's learning objectives and materials. Additionally, responsibilities include monitoring system performance, debugging, and improving model outputs based on student feedback and real-time requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing and managing RAG pipelines, including understanding foundational concepts in AI & natural language processing
- Experience in integrating information retrieval systems with transformer models and fine-tuning retrieval methods
- Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency in Python and frameworks like Hugging Face or GPT APIs
- Familiarity with NCERT Biology syllabus and an understanding of NEET UG exams is a bonus
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and project coordination skills
- Experience in remote collaboration and communication
