projects that require structured delivery. Studio teams work on end-to-end product
development, including:
● Requirement discovery
● Workflow and architecture design
● Engineering execution

You won’t be handed vague prompts.
You’ll be assigned clearly defined execution workflows.
Core Responsibilities
You will:
Build Production RAG Pipelines
Including:
● Document ingestion pipelines
● Chunking strategy design
● Embedding generation workflows
● Retrieval architecture
● Context construction logic
● Response orchestration pipelines
Design Retrieval Systems
You will:
● Define retrieval strategies
● Implement hybrid search
● Optimize chunking methods
● Improve ranking accuracy
● Reduce hallucinations
● Improve response reliability
Optimize System Performance
You will:
● Improve retrieval precision
● Reduce latency
● Optimize token usage
● Improve context efficiency
● Debug real-world pipeline failures
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in:
LLM Frameworks
● LangChain
● LlamaIndex
● OpenAI APIs
● Gemini APIs
Vector Databases
At least one production system using:
● Pinecone
● Weaviate
● Chroma
● FAISS
● Milvus
Programming
● Python (mandatory)
● API integration
● Backend logic development
RAG Architecture
Hands-on experience in:
● Chunking strategies
● Embedding pipelines
● Retrieval logic
● Hybrid search workflows
Engineering Discipline Expectations
