POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage account follow-up and collections, including appeals and denial resolution
Review EOBs and payer responses to ensure accurate reimbursement and identify trends
Analyze accounts and determine appropriate next steps for timely resolution
Communicate with payers to resolve claim issues and reprocess claims as needed
Document all collection activities accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 3 years of physician billing and collections experience
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

COMPENSATION:
The hourly range for this position is $19-$22. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
