Key Responsibilities
- Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds
- Provide accurate and timely radiology reports to support clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists for comprehensive patient care
- Perform image-guided procedures where applicable (e.g., biopsies, drainages)
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and best practices
- Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting accuracy
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
- Supervise and guide radiologic technologists and junior staff
- Contribute to quality assurance programs and clinical audits
- Stay updated with advancements in radiology and imaging technologies
- Engage in continuous medical education and professional development
Qualifications
- MD / DNB / DM / FRCR or equivalent in Radiology from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience as a Radiologist
