Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Radiologist role based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Radiologist will perform and interpret a variety of imaging studies, including X-rays, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and mammography, to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Daily responsibilities include reviewing imaging requests, ensuring appropriate imaging protocols, supervising or guiding technicians, and providing clear, timely reports to referring physicians. The role also involves collaborating with other medical professionals, participating in quality assurance and radiation safety practices, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of radiology and imaging technologies. The Radiologist is expected to contribute to patient-centred care by communicating findings effectively and supporting clinical decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine with the ability to integrate clinical information into imaging interpretations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Radiology and Medical Imaging, including common modalities used in diagnostic practice.
- Experience or training in Nuclear Medicine for specialised imaging and functional studies.
- Proficiency in Mammography, including screening and diagnostic breast imaging.
- Recognised medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD, DNB, or equivalent).
- Valid medical license/registration and eligibility to practice as a Radiologist in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and diagnostic skills, and commitment to radiation safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and a patient-centred approach to care.
