Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Radiation Therapist at our facility in Panchmahal. The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for administering radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by oncology specialists, preparing and positioning patients, operating radiation therapy equipment, and maintaining accurate treatment records. The role requires close collaboration with the oncology team to monitor and ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating radiation therapy equipment, treatment planning, and delivering radiation treatments
- Strong knowledge of radiologic safety protocols, anatomy, and radiation physics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and teamwork
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized treatment records
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Radiation Therapy or a related field
- Valid state licensure/certification as a Radiation Therapist
- Commitment to patient care and ensuring safety during treatment
- Experience in oncology or clinical settings is a plus
